The vineyard is divided, by its natural existing boundaries, into twenty three small blocks. This offers us the privilege of managing each block individually. The grapes from each block are cared for, irrigated, harvested, crushed, fermented and matured in wood separately, to highlight the attributes of that specific blocks terroir.
